Let’s talk

AI film production

An AI film partner
for agencies & studios.

Bring your ideas and design into motion. From product photographs and brand materials, we create short proposal prototypes and finished films for websites and advertising.

Discuss a film project

We also work directly with brand, product and service teams. Start with the materials you have, even before the brief is fully formed.

Generative film expression study / silent

Beyond the AI-generated look.

You want to use AI film in a pitch or an ad. But some things still need care.

A feel that fits the brand.

Design light, composition and movement, then select the right shots to reduce artifacts and serve the intended world.

A story that holds together.

Go beyond a collection of attractive shots. Build continuity between people and spaces, and a sequence that communicates.

Finish every detail.

Manage products, logos and type through supplied assets and editing. Finish with considered colour and sound.

From image storyboard to finished film.

The 14-shot image storyboard fixed before animation, and the 30-second film finished from it.

CASE / VC DROP

  1. 01 / STORYBOARD

Fix the finished look of all 14 shots first.

  2. 02 / ANIMATION

Animate shot by shot, choosing from 130+ takes.

  3. 03 / FINISHING

Re-order to the music and add a title card.

Where it went wrong and how we fixed it: see the case below →

FINISHED / 30 seconds (fictional product)

Where film can make a difference.

We combine generative AI, live action and editing to suit the purpose. These are expression and production-method studies. Unproduced films are shown as placeholders.

Turn a product photograph into desire.

For food, drinks, beauty, supplements and everyday products. Start with product photographs, packaging or an existing landing page to create film for commerce, social media and advertising.

MOTION / From the still to a vertical short with rising steam

Treat shape, logos and packaging separately from effects such as steam and light. Use supplied assets and editing where accuracy is essential.

A finished edit built from product images.

A product introduction film for overseas retail, using manufacturer product images. It demonstrates presentation, sequencing and copy through editing—not an entirely AI-generated film.

Product introduction / editing example

Give a brand’s beliefs a visible story.

For companies, shops, places, crafts, hospitality and producers. Connect photographs of spaces, products and landscapes with the words behind the brand.

Make a short moment count.

From a hand-drawn sketch to an advertising visual. Plan 15–30-second films, vertical and square formats, and variations in copy and cuts for each placement.

The sample is a short expression study showing the move from a sketch to an advertising visual.

From sketch to advertising visual / expression study

More ways to propose. More ways to begin.

Show motion at the proposal stage.

Use a short prototype early in the process to share a tangible creative direction.

Start with the assets you have.

Build a film proposal from product photographs, brand materials or website designs.

Take one film further.

Extend a website film into social content, advertising, exhibitions and sales materials.

Join us while the idea is taking shape.

Before starting, we agree client communication, direction and coordination, delivery attribution, confidentiality and publication permissions. For in-house teams, we help connect existing materials to practical uses.

AI is fast. Direction is what moves a brand.

Decide before generation. Finish after it. Connect the message, composition, colour, sound and type through one clear intention.

CASE / VC DROP (a fictional serum brand)

  • 300+stills generated
  • 130+video takes
  • 4storyboard rebuilds
  • 14shots kept
Grid of stills and video frames generated for VC DROP; only the 14 kept shots are bright
The 14 bright frames made the final film. Everything else was rejected.

The craft of fixing decides the quality of the film.

Generated footage always has parts that cannot be used as they are. The difficulty is that the wrong fix never works, however many times you retry. Some problems are fixed with words, some only by changing the method, and some only by going back to the first frame. Knowing what to fix, and how, is our job.

The brand name changes
The brand name changesStraight out of generation, the brand read "HALNICO". → Type is never left to generation; it comes from the correct files.
The logo spills off the label
The logo spills off the labelThe logo ignored the curve of the bottle and ran off the label. → Measure the proportions and refit it to the curve.
The face turns into someone else
The face turns into someone elseLeft: the cast face. Right: what was generated. → Fix a face reference and check every shot.
A drop turns into syrup
A drop turns into syrupThe drop stretched into a string and looked heavy. → Change the method and redo it until it falls like water.

So we decide before we generate

  1. 01 / CORE LINEOne drop becomes light.

Start with one line that guides every decision in the film.

  2. 02 / CASTFour-angle sheet fixing the face and hair of the fictional character Rin

Fix the face and hair from four angles so she stays the same person in every shot.

  3. 03 / IMAGE STORYBOARDImage storyboard of all 14 shots at their finished look

See all 14 shots at their finished look before any of them is animated.

04 / PREVIS

Camera, lens and framing are not left to the AI.

We use our own pre-production tool to set the subject position, camera movement and lens first. Text alone does not make the AI move as intended, so this plan is given as the reference and every drift is corrected, one by one.

Left: previs (position, camera move, lens) / Right: finished shot

The product, brand and person shown are fictional.

Show a world before it can be filmed.

From one 3D composition to animation and live-action looks. A technical demonstration for proposals, pitches, new services and spaces.

01

Agree on the message first.

Agree the purpose, audience, placement and story to give creative decisions a shared basis.

02

Share the shot before generating it.

Where useful, use 3D to discuss composition, camera and placement. Prototype difficult shots and consider editing or live action as part of the solution.

03

Control logos, type and colour in finishing.

Place supplied logos and typeset text in the edit. Choose an appropriate production method where product accuracy is essential.

Start with one film. See where it takes you.

A pilot brings together a short directed, edited and finished film, an explanation of creative decisions, and a proposed scope and estimate for full production. Comparisons with source material can be included where useful.

  1. DAY 01

    Share purpose, assets and use

  2. DAY 02–03

    Plan structure and shots

  3. DAY 04–06

    Generate and select material

  4. DAY 07–08

Edit and finish colour, sound and type

  5. DAY 09–10

Share the film, rationale and production proposal

This is an illustrative 10-business-day schedule, not a guaranteed turnaround. Scope, duration, fees and revisions are agreed before work starts.

Discuss a pilot

Prototype. Produce. Develop.

Make the idea tangible

Pilots, pitches and creative-direction tests.

Put 15–30 seconds to work

For websites and ads: planning, generation, editing, colour, sound and type.

Build a brand world

Copy, story and direction, with live action where appropriate.

Keep creating

Ongoing social content, demos and ads. Volume and setup are agreed per project.

Fees and timing are quoted individually, based on duration, assets, intended use, revisions and deliverables.

From existing assets to a usable film.

  1. 01

    Share uses and assets

Tell us about your photographs, documents, placements and target timing.

  2. 02

    Agree the approach and scope

Agree production methods, responsibilities, costs and review points.

  3. 03

    Confirm direction, produce and finish

Develop generation, editing and finishing with agreed checkpoints.

  4. 04

    Deliver for the intended use

Deliver agreed lengths, aspect ratios and formats. Further versions can be discussed.

Before we begin.

When will we know the fee and timeline?

We discuss the purpose, assets, duration, versions and revisions, then provide an estimate before production.

Can we start with photographs and documents?

Yes. We review what you have and propose possible expressions and any additional preparation needed.

Can you work on an agency-led project?

Yes. We agree delivery attribution, communication, meeting participation, confidentiality and portfolio permissions in advance.

How do revisions work?

Editing changes and regeneration have different implications. We explain the impact and confirm scope, cost and timing.

How are assets and confidential information handled?

We check asset permissions, tool terms and publication uses per project. Handling unpublished information and any confidentiality agreement are discussed before starting.

Is everything made with AI?

No. We combine live action, supplied assets, generative AI and editing according to the purpose and required accuracy.

Tell us about
one idea you have in mind.

Tell us what you know: intended use, available assets, timing and budget.
